I need mixed text and numeric information transferred from a batch of PDF documents into a clean Microsoft Excel workbook. Accuracy is key; spelling, numbers, and formatting must match the source exactly.
Scope
• Open each supplied PDF and locate every data field indicated.
• Enter the values into the corresponding columns of the Excel template I will provide.
• Double-check totals, dates, and any numerical figures to ensure they align with the PDFs.
• Save and return the completed .xlsx file, ready for immediate use—no macros or add-ins required.
I will share the PDFs, the column layout, and brief field-by-field instructions once we start. Please be comfortable working quickly while maintaining 100 % accuracy.
