PDF Manual Data Entry

I have a collection of PDF documents that contain structured information—names, contact details, reference numbers, and a few short text fields. Each record needs to be keyed in by hand with great accuracy into the spreadsheet template I will provide (Excel or Google Sheets, whichever you are more comfortable using).

Because the files are digital PDFs and not scanned images, most text is selectable, but I still need the process handled manually so every field is double-checked for spelling, punctuation, and consistent capitalization. No automated scraping or OCR shortcuts here; careful copy-paste and visual verification are essential.

Deliverable
• A fully populated spreadsheet that mirrors the field order in the template
• Zero empty cells where information exists in the source
• Uniform formatting (dates, phone numbers, currency) exactly as shown in sample rows I’ll share

I will supply:
1. A folder of PDFs (typically 2–4 pages each)
2. The blank template and a style guide for data formats
3. A short checklist for your own QA before you send the file back

Please include a brief note on your turnaround time per 100 PDFs and any past projects that prove you can keep error rates exceptionally low.
