PDF to Excel Data

I have a set of PDF files that need to be converted into an organised, fully-searchable Excel workbook. Every piece of text and data—headers, paragraphs, tables, numbers, names, and notes—has to be captured, not just the obvious tables. To keep the file easy to navigate, create a separate sheet for each document type or topic you encounter; feel free to name the sheets logically so anyone can find information quickly later on.

Accuracy is critical. Please double-check that no characters are dropped, columns stay aligned, and multi-line text retains its original line breaks where relevant. If you spot inconsistencies or unclear sections in a PDF, flag them instead of guessing; I’d rather review a short comment than have incorrect data slip through.

Deliverables:
• One Excel workbook (.xlsx) with clearly labeled sheets reflecting each document type or topic
• All text and numerical data from the PDFs transferred exactly as found
• A brief note summarising any ambiguities or corrupted source pages you discover during entry
