Excel Data Cleanup & Standardization

I have several Excel and CSV files that are perfectly serviceable in size but frustratingly inconsistent. Before I can move forward with analysis, I need every sheet cleaned and organized. Your main objective will be to standardize names, dates, numbers, and column formats across the entire set so the data is reliable and ready for downstream work.

You will receive the raw spreadsheets, a brief data dictionary that shows the intended field formats, and a small sample file that demonstrates the desired end state. I’m looking for someone who is meticulous with Excel functions, Power Query, or other reliable data-cleaning tools, and who can spot anomalies that automated scripts sometimes miss.

Deliverables
• A fully cleaned master workbook (or set of CSVs) with consistent headers, unified date formats, uniform number and text fields, and no stray formatting.
• A short change log that outlines any assumptions or notable fixes so the work is transparent and repeatable.
