PDF to Editable Word Conversion

I have a PDF that I need turned into a fully editable Microsoft Word document. All text should become native, searchable Word text—no images of text—and any images or graphics that appear in the original should be placed in roughly the same locations so the file remains easy to read. I don’t need any redesign; the goal is simply to match the original layout closely enough that I can open the Word file and make quick edits without having to fix spacing or alignment issues.

Please deliver:
• A .docx file that opens cleanly in current versions of Word
• Fonts, headings, and paragraph breaks preserved where practical
• Images inserted in-line or wrapped as they appear in the PDF

Let me know if you normally use Acrobat, ABBYY, or another conversion tool, and roughly how long it will take once I send the file.
