I have a series of scanned documents saved as PDFs that need to be turned into fully editable, proof-read text. Your task is to open each PDF, carefully transcribe every word—replicating basic headings or paragraph breaks where they appear—and return the content in a clean Microsoft Word (or compatible .docx) file.

Accuracy is critical; the scans cannot be copied-and-pasted, so I expect you to verify spellings, punctuation, and any special characters by eye. Feel free to run OCR in ABBYY FineReader, Adobe Acrobat, or a similar tool, but finish with a manual check so the final text matches the source exactly.

Deliverables
• One Word document per PDF, neatly formatted and error-free
• A short completion report indicating pages processed and any illegible sections you flagged
