I have a collection of PDF files that all follow the same template, and I need the text from each of them transferred accurately into an Excel workbook. Every PDF contains clearly labeled text fields—no tables, images, or graphics—so the task is straightforward data extraction rather than complex formatting.

Your job is to open each PDF, capture the required text exactly as it appears, and place it into the correct columns of a master Excel sheet that I will provide. Accuracy is critical because the sheet feeds directly into a larger reporting process.

Deliverables

• Spot-check report noting any illegible or missing data you encountered

• 100 % of provided PDFs processed
• Text in each cell matches the source PDF character-for-character

Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and basic OCR tools will help you work quickly, but manual verification is essential to keep error rates near zero. Once we agree on a timeline, I’ll share a small batch first so we can confirm everything looks perfect before you proceed with the rest.
