PDF Text to Excel Conversion

I have a set of scanned pages saved as PDFs that I need converted directly into an Excel workbook. The files contain plain text only—no tables or forms—so I’m looking for a straightforward transfer of the words exactly as they appear, laid out in simple cells without any extra formatting.

You may use the OCR tool of your choice, but every line has to match the source verbatim and be placed in a logical, easy-to-read order in the spreadsheet. Accuracy is far more important than speed, so please plan to proof-read your output before sending it back.

Deliverable:
• One .xlsx file with the complete text from all PDFs, clean and ready for me to work with.
