I have a multi-page PDF that I need turned into a clean, editable Word file so I can reuse the content in a new context. The task is strictly about capturing the text—no images, charts, or tables are required—and then laying it out with fresh formatting that suits a more contemporary, easy-to-read style.
In practical terms, you’ll copy the text from the PDF, paste it into Word, and apply consistent headings, sub-headings, body fonts, spacing, and bullet styles. I am not concerned with replicating the original look; instead, the focus is on readability and a professional finish that I can quickly tweak later.
Deliverable:
• A single .docx file containing all extracted text, reformatted and ready to edit.
Please make sure paragraphs flow naturally, headings are clearly distinguished, and there are no stray line breaks or conversion artifacts.
