I am considering several government-facility projects and need a skilled writer who can turn my technical material into winning submission packages. Specifically, I need:

• A complete RFP package for each solicitation, organized to federal standards and cross-referenced to the scope of work.
• A polished SF-330 that highlights our team’s qualifications, key personnel, relevant projects, and Section H narrative in a clear, compelling voice.
• A concise executive proposal that ties everything together—cover letter, project understanding, approach, schedule, and quality-control plan—ready for electronic or hard-copy delivery.

I will supply drawings, narratives, resumes, and past performance data; you will structure the content, refine the language, and ensure compliance with agency formatting and page-count requirements. Familiarity with FAR, GSA, or similar procurement guidelines is essential, along with a sharp eye for layout in Word and Adobe InDesign.

Deliverables are final, submission-ready files (Word and PDF) plus editable originals. Let me know your availability, relevant federal or state submittal experience, and a sample SF-330 or RFP section you have authored.
