I need a set of PDF documents converted into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Each file contains purely text data—no numbers or images—so the job centres on copying or extracting that text and slotting it into the correct columns I will provide.
The workflow is straightforward:
• Open each PDF, extract the required text fields (headers, body copy, footnotes—whatever appears on the page).
• Paste or import that text into the matching columns of my Excel template, preserving line breaks where relevant.
• Check that spelling, punctuation, and character encoding survive the transfer; I want the spreadsheet to mirror the source exactly.
Deliverable: one Excel (.xlsx) file per batch, fully populated and double-checked for consistency.
If you prefer to automate part of the process with Acrobat, Power Query, or another PDF-to-Excel tool, that is fine as long as the final sheet is accurate.
