Convert Scan to Word

I have an English-language document that exists only as a scanned image. I need the entire text re-typed or accurately OCR-extracted into a clean Microsoft Word (.docx) file.

Please keep every word exactly as it appears, but feel free to tidy up paragraph spacing so the file reads neatly; no extra formatting, images, tables, or signatures are required—just the plain text laid out in logical paragraphs.

Deliverable:
• A single, editable .docx file containing the complete text from the scan, with improved paragraph spacing and no added formatting.

You can use any reliable method—manual typing, Adobe OCR, ABBYY FineReader, or similar—but the final Word document must be proof-read for accuracy before submission.
