I have several PDFs filled with tabular data that need to live in a single, tidy Excel workbook. Accuracy is my top priority, but I don’t want a bare-bones dump—please keep the original font styles and sizes as well as the cell colors and borders that appear in the source tables. Everything else (headers, footers, extra spacing) can be stripped away.
You’re free to use whatever workflow suits you—Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, Python (tabula-py, camelot), or a manual approach—as long as the finished .xlsx file:
• Reproduces every table in its own sheet or a clearly labeled consolidated sheet
• Preserves the specified formatting elements (font styles & sizes, cell colors & borders)
• Mirrors all values exactly, ready for sorting, filtering, and formulas without cleanup
Send back the final Excel file and, if you automate the extraction, a brief note or script so I can reproduce the process later.
