10M Industrial Warehouse Construction

I am commissioning the full design-and-build of a new industrial warehouse, with an estimated total value of about 10 million. The site is secured; what I now require is an experienced construction partner who can steer the project from detailed planning right through to practical completion and hand-over.

Scope of work
• Validate and refine the existing concept into build-ready drawings, coordinating with my architects and structural engineers.
• Produce a realistic master schedule and phased cost breakdown.
• Manage all permitting, subcontractor selection, procurement and on-site supervision.
• Implement strict quality, safety and environmental controls that meet current industrial standards.
• Deliver the finished warehouse ready for occupancy, complete with commissioning reports and as-built documentation.

Acceptance criteria
1. Approved construction drawings and stamped calculations.
2. Updated schedule and budget reconciled at each milestone.
3. Zero-incident safety record and fully documented inspections.
4. Substantial completion certificate issued by the local authority.
