I have a set of PDFs that contain well-structured tables. I need every piece of text and numerical data from those tables brought into a clean Excel workbook, then enhanced with advanced formatting so the file is ready for immediate analysis.
Here is what I expect once the data lands in Excel:
• Each original table in its own worksheet, clearly labeled.
• Column headings repeated and styled for easy filtering.
• Conditional formatting that quickly spots outliers and blank cells.
• Basic summary formulas (totals, averages) at the bottom of each numeric column.
• Consistent number formats (currency, percentages, dates) matching what appears in the PDFs.
Accuracy is critical—I will spot-check random rows against the source files—so please use whichever method (manual entry, OCR, or a mix) gives the most reliable result. Let me know your typical turnaround time per PDF and any clarifying questions you have about the table structures.
