I have a collection of online sources that contain plain text I need captured and transferred into an organised Excel spreadsheet. Your task is straightforward: locate each specified source, copy the relevant text exactly as it appears, and input it into the designated columns I will provide.

Accuracy and consistency are critical. Please double-check for typos, keep original formatting where necessary, and avoid introducing any extra characters or line breaks. Once all entries are complete, return the finished Excel file so I can review and sign off.
