PDF Manuscript to Accessible Word

I have a complete manuscript in PDF and need it transcribed into a fully editable Word document so I can share it in an accessible format. The Word file must mirror the PDF’s layout—fonts, headings, footnotes, page numbers, column widths, spacing, and any other styling details should look the same. Every image or graphic appearing in the original also needs to be inserted in the identical position in the Word file, keeping its size and caption intact.

Deliverable:
• One polished .docx file that matches the PDF page-for-page, with all text selectable and all graphics embedded.

I will review the submission by comparing it side-by-side with the source PDF, focusing on formatting fidelity and image placement. Once everything aligns, the project is complete.
