PDF Handwritten Notes Transcription

I have a collection of handwritten notes that have already been scanned into clear, legible PDF files. I need each page re-typed accurately so I can work with the content digitally. This is pure text data entry—no numeric work, formulas, or complex formatting—just faithful transcription of every word, heading, and paragraph break that appears in the originals.

You will receive an initial batch of roughly 50 pages. For every page, return a neatly formatted Word document (or Google Doc) that mirrors the layout of the handwriting as closely as practical while keeping the text fully editable. If you prefer to start with OCR that’s fine, as long as you manually proofread to reach a 99 % accuracy rate; I’ll be spot-checking for errors.

Deliverables
• One editable document per PDF page, compiled into a single .docx file (or shared Google Doc)
• Consistent paragraph structure and headings preserved
• No spelling mistakes or missing words

Acceptance criteria
• Random page checks reveal zero uncorrected errors
• File opens cleanly in Microsoft Word and Google Docs
• All content from the PDFs is present and legible

Turnaround for the first batch is 48 hours once you receive the files, with more work to follow if we work well together. Accuracy, reliability, and respect for confidentiality are essential.
