I need a professional writer-editor to turn my rough business documents and proposals into polished, client-ready material. The core job is to review what I already have, strengthen the messaging, and make sure every section reads clearly, convincingly, and in a unified voice that matches our brand.

You will:
• Analyse each document’s structure, tighten the flow, and fill any content gaps (executive summary, value proposition, ROI figures, next steps).
• Refine wording for clarity and impact, applying consistent tone, tense, and formatting.
• Proofread thoroughly to eliminate grammatical, punctuation, or style errors.
• Deliver both a tracked-changes file and a clean, final version in Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

A background in corporate or B2B proposal writing is important, and familiarity with tools such as Word, Google Docs, and Grammarly will help you move quickly. If you have ideas on visual layout or can suggest persuasive phrasing that boosts win rates, I’m open to them.

Once the first document meets expectations, there is ongoing work available for additional proposals and internal papers.
