I have a complete set of furniture drawings in PDF format and need a detailed quantity take-off. The focus is strictly on two areas: every loose or built-in furniture piece shown, and all finishes specified on those same drawings.
You will review the PDFs, extract each item with its corresponding finish, and summarise the counts in an organised Excel (or Google Sheets) schedule. Please include drawing references, item descriptions, units, and totals so that I can trace anything back quickly.
Deliverables
• One editable spreadsheet with separate tabs for Furniture Pieces and Finishes
• A marked-up PDF (or screenshot set) highlighting where each count was taken, for verification
Accuracy is the priority; experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar take-off tools will be useful, but as long as the final schedule is clear and verifiable I am flexible on the method you use.
