PDF Forms to Excel

I have between 11 and 50 pages of printed forms that have been scanned to PDF. Every field on those forms needs to be lifted out and placed into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook so the data can be filtered and analysed later.

Here’s how I imagine the flow:

• I send you the PDFs and either my existing Excel template or a blank workbook if you think a new layout would speed things up.
• You key in every value exactly as it appears, preserving original spellings, dates, and reference numbers.
• Before handing the file back, you run a quick pass for consistency—column alignment, no merged cells, numeric fields stored as numbers, and simple data validation where sensible.

I will spot-check several random rows. If anything is off by more than 1 %, I’ll return notes so we can correct them together; otherwise, we wrap the project and release payment straight away.
