I have a collection of fillable PDF forms and I need every field—text entries, check-boxes, dropdown choices—pulled out and organised in an Excel workbook. The goal is a clean, ready-to-filter dataset that mirrors each form’s structure so I can analyse responses without manually re-typing anything.

Here’s what matters to me:
• Accuracy: every field captured exactly as shown in the PDF.
• Consistency: identical fields from different forms must line up in the same Excel columns.
• Speed: I’d like this finished swiftly without sacrificing quality.

You may use any reliable approach—Adobe Acrobat scripting, Python (pdfplumber, PyPDF2, tabula), or another method you’re comfortable with—as long as the final Excel file is fully editable and neatly formatted.

Please let me know how you plan to tackle the extraction, any automation you intend to set up, and an estimated turnaround time once you see the forms. If previous work with bulk PDF-to-Excel conversion or form-field parsing is in your portfolio, feel free to highlight it.
