PDF Data Entry & Visualization

I have a collection of PDFs containing straightforward rows of information that I need typed (or accurately extracted) into an editable spreadsheet and then turned into clear, easy-to-read visuals.

Scope of work
• Transfer every data point from the supplied PDFs into a clean Excel or Google Sheet, preserving the exact order and spelling.
• Verify totals and spot obvious inconsistencies while you type; flag anything that looks off.
• Produce a concise set of visuals—simple bar or line charts for the numeric fields and well-formatted tables for any text-heavy sections—so I can immediately grasp trends and summaries.

Deliverables
1. Completed spreadsheet with all entries double-checked for accuracy.
2. A separate file (Excel sheet with embedded charts, or a PowerPoint/Canva deck) containing the charts and tables.
3. A brief note outlining any assumptions made or anomalies found.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but the dataset is modest, so I’m expecting a quick turnaround. Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, basic charting) or Google Sheets is all that’s needed; no fancy BI tools required.
