PDF Customer Data to Excel

I have a set of PDF documents containing roughly 100–500 customer records that need to be migrated into a single, tidy Excel workbook. The spreadsheet must follow this precise column sequence: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Mailing Details, Notes.

Every entry has to be keyed in accurately, then reviewed for spelling, missing fields, and any inconsistencies so the file is ready for immediate use without additional cleanup on my end. If a value is unreadable in the original PDF, simply flag it so I can verify later rather than guessing.

Please work directly in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets if you prefer, I can convert afterwards) and return the finished .xlsx file once complete. A short progress update halfway through would be helpful so I know things are on track.

Deliverable
• Final Excel spreadsheet, fully populated and double-checked, matching the column order above.
