A quick cross-check or simple data-validation rules to flag outliers is important, as I want to be confident in both the accuracy of the numbers and the fidelity of the text.

Deliverables:

• A brief log noting any ambiguous handwriting or missing values you had to flag

I’m looking for 99 %+ accuracy, so a second pass or built-in validation is expected. If you have OCR tools or scripting tricks that speed things up, feel free to use them—what matters most is precision and a clean final file ready for analysis.
