PDF Contact Lists to Excel

I have a set of PDF documents that each contain contact information presented as straightforward lists. Every entry in these lists must be transferred into a structured Excel spreadsheet so the data can be searched, filtered, and shared with colleagues.

The job is simple but demands accuracy: each contact’s name, phone number, email address, and any other details shown in the PDFs need to line up in clearly labeled columns in Excel. No re-formatting of the source files is required—just precise data entry. If you prefer to use OCR to speed things up, that’s fine so long as you manually verify every field for typos or mismatches.

Deliverable:
• One Excel (.xlsx) file containing all contacts, fully cross-checked against the source PDFs.
