Payroll Stub Template Creation

I need a streamlined template that lets me generate professional-looking payroll stubs whenever I run payroll. The stub must clearly break out Earnings and Deductions, with a dedicated line for Insurance deductions so employees can see exactly what is withheld for their coverage.
