Payment Processor

The role was developed to enhance our virtual digital payment services for a more controlled work environment; our goal is to recruit individuals who will work from home or anywhere else of their choice and handle our finances and digital wallet.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The employee will handle payments via credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, checks and other methods.
The employee will also facilitate secure fund transfers through digital platforms and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
The employee will ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds based on Manager instructions.
The employee will monitor transactions to prevent errors, discrepancies, or fraudulent activities.
The employee will collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
The employee will maintain up-to-date records of all processed transactions.
The employee will become proficient in our payment distribution platform during training to manage deposits and execute payment instructions.
