I have several PDFs that contain structured tables, but I need them in an Excel workbook that is ready for quick filtering, analysis, and reporting. Simply copying the tables over won’t be enough—please extract every table, correct the formatting issues, and lay everything out so the file feels like native spreadsheet data rather than a pasted snapshot.

Here’s exactly what I’m after:

• Fix split columns, merged cells, and any missing values
• Standardize dates, names, and numeric formats so they sort and calculate correctly
• Remove duplicate rows and tidy up obvious data-entry errors

Once the clean-up is complete, place all detailed tables on their own worksheets and create one front-page “Summary” sheet that aggregates the key figures or counts I specify (we can finalise those once you see the data). A clear structure with named sheets, consistent headers, and no hidden surprises is important because I’ll be feeding this workbook into pivot tables and Power Query later.

Deliverable: a single .xlsx file with the summary sheet first, followed by the individual cleaned tables in order of appearance in the PDFs.
