Convert Existing Logo into Editable Vector Files and All Required Formats

Project Description

I already have a finalized logo for my pet care brand, PawPlanet. I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to convert my existing logo into professional, high-quality, editable formats suitable for digital use, printing, packaging, branding, and merchandise.

This is NOT a logo redesign project. The existing logo’s design, typography, proportions, colours, illustrations, and overall appearance must remain as close to the original as possible.

Scope of Work

1. Editable Vector Files

Please provide the following:

* Adobe Illustrator source file (.AI)
* Editable vector SVG (.SVG)
* Encapsulated PostScript file (.EPS)
* Print-ready vector PDF (.PDF)

2. High-Resolution Image Files

* High-resolution PNG with transparent background
* High-resolution JPG with white background
* PNG/JPG versions on light and dark backgrounds where appropriate
* 4K or equivalent high-resolution export where practical

3. Logo Variations

Please provide:

* Complete logo with all existing elements
* Logo without the tagline, if applicable
* Icon/symbol-only version
* Full-colour version
* Black-and-white version
* Single-colour version suitable for printing and merchandise

All variations must preserve the original brand identity.

4. Digital Assets

* Website-ready SVG and PNG
* Favicon files (.ICO and PNG sizes)
* App icon-ready square exports
* Social media profile-picture-ready exports

5. Print and Production Requirements

The files should be suitable for:

* Business cards, brochures and stationery
* Product packaging and labels
* Shop signage and banners
* T-shirts, uniforms and merchandise
* Stickers and promotional materials
* Embroidery and other production applications, where technically appropriate

Please ensure that the vector artwork is clean, properly aligned, scalable without quality loss, and suitable for professional printing.

Important Requirements

* Do not redesign or alter the existing logo.
* Preserve the original colours, lettering, proportions and illustrations.
* The SVG, AI and EPS files must contain genuine editable vector artwork, not an embedded JPEG or PNG.
* Provide transparent-background files without unwanted white edges.
* Include the original editable source files.
* Deliver all final files in a clearly organised ZIP folder.
* Include the colour codes (HEX, RGB and CMYK) and font information, where available.
* All final artwork and source files must be transferred to me, with full commercial usage rights.

Deliverables

A complete, organised logo package containing all requested file formats, variations and editable source files.

Note: I will provide the existing PawPlanet logo as the reference artwork. The objective is accurate conversion and professional file preparation, not a new design.
