I need clear, evidence-based patient education materials delivered as digital PDFs that explain kidney disease prevention and the organ-transplantation process in language the average reader can follow. Because these handouts will be given directly to patients and their families, accuracy and plain-language clarity are equally important.

You’ll be working entirely remotely; no patient contact is required. A clinical or scientific background—nursing, pharmacy, public health, MD, or similar—will help you navigate current guidelines, cite reputable sources, and translate them into friendly, reassuring copy. Strong medical-literature search skills and polished writing are must-haves.

Deliverables
• Two standalone PDFs (one on kidney-disease prevention, one on the transplant journey), each laid out for easy printing or screen viewing.
• Current, peer-reviewed references embedded or hyper-linked.
• Tone at a 6th–8th grade reading level without sacrificing medical accuracy.
• Rights transferred in full upon final payment; documents supplied in both PDF and editable format.

If you’ve produced similar patient materials before, please share a short sample or link so I can gauge style and readability. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit and will be available for quick feedback along the way.
