Key elements to weave into the layout:

• A concise slogan or tagline that I’ll supply once the project starts

I don’t require product photography on this piece; the focus is on branding and clear messaging. Please build the artwork in a vector format—Adobe Illustrator or similar—so we can resize or tweak it easily for future events. Final deliverables should include the print-ready PDF, the editable source file, and any linked fonts or assets.
