Part-Time YouTube Growth Strategist

I’m looking for ongoing, part-time support from someone who lives and breathes YouTube. The channel is already up and running, but I want to push subscriber numbers much harder over the next few months. Your primary mission will be to design and execute growth strategies that translate directly into new, engaged followers.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Audit current performance and pinpoint quick-win opportunities.
• Map out a data-driven roadmap for subscriber growth, complete with realistic milestone targets.
• Refine or advise on thumbnails, titles, and upload cadence so every video has the best possible chance to rank and convert viewers into subscribers.
• Experiment with proven tactics—community posts, playlists, end-screen funnels, Shorts, collaborations—reporting back weekly on what’s working.
• Deliver concise analytics updates so I can track progress at a glance.

While the core focus is YouTube, a background in Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter marketing is a welcome bonus should we decide to expand later.
