Part-Time Technology Developer Needed

I’m in search of a reliable developer who can join me on a part-time basis to help move several technology projects forward. The workload will vary week to week, so flexibility is important, yet I expect you to keep steady momentum and communicate progress clearly.

What you’ll be doing
• Contributing clean, well-documented code to new and existing applications
• Troubleshooting bugs and proposing practical fixes
• Collaborating with me on feature planning and technical decisions

Tech stack & tools
Most of our code is written in modern JavaScript (Node.js on the back end, React on the front), with a bit of Python for data tasks. Git, GitHub, and simple CI pipelines keep everything organised. If you’re already comfortable in this environment, you’ll ramp up quickly.

Availability & workflow
I anticipate 10–15 hours per week to start. We’ll agree on tasks each Monday, check in mid-week via Slack or a quick call, and wrap up with a brief summary on Friday. Consistency beats speed; I’d rather see steady, predictable progress than frantic bursts.

Ideal fit
• Solid grasp of JS/TS fundamentals, REST APIs, and Git workflows
• Can explain decisions in plain English without drowning me in jargon
• Responds within 24 hours on weekdays
