Part-Time Revit Drafter - CDs/Permit Sets $15/hr

I manage a steady flow of commercial tenant improvements and detached ADU projects throughout California and need reliable, part-time help inside Revit. Your core task is to turn my red-lined markups into complete, permit-ready and construction drawing sets that satisfy local building departments.
Most of the work is focused on construction documentation, so you should be comfortable producing and updating CD-level drawing sets in Revit. This includes setting up sheets, coordinating views, annotating, dimensioning, scheduling, detailing, and incorporating ALL markups quickly and accurately.
Experience with California projects is strongly preferred, including familiarity with the CBC, CRC, accessibility requirements, restroom clearances, Title 24 notes, and standard U.S. construction-document conventions.
Revit efficiency matters. I will supply project templates, families, prior CD sets, and clear markup PDFs; you keep the model lean, incorporate revisions promptly, and return organized drawing sets ready for jurisdiction submittal.

Deliverables for each assignment
• Updated Revit model (Revit 2024&2026) with all markups addressed
• PDF of the work done

Acceptance criteria
The set must meet my graphic standards, pass an in-house QA check, plot correctly at 24"×36", and be ready for city review without additional drafting.
