Enter Mixed Data From Scans

I have a set of scanned copies of paper documents that contain both text and numerical fields. I need every character—words, figures, dates, codes—typed with absolute accuracy into a digital format of my choosing (most likely an Excel sheet or Google Sheet, though I’m open to your suggestion if you have a more efficient workflow).

Because the material is mixed data coming from images, close attention to detail is essential. Mis-keyed digits or misspelled names will break downstream reports, so double-checking your own work before handing it back is vital. A familiarity with basic data-cleaning functions such as text-to-columns, simple formulas, or validation rules will help you spot issues quickly, but the main task is straightforward typing and verification.

Deliverable:
• One well-structured spreadsheet (Excel, CSV, or Google Sheet) mirroring the layout of the originals, with all text and numeric fields correctly transcribed.
