I need a dependable IT support specialist who can take delivery of a Windows computer I’ll ship to you, get it fully operational, and keep it accessible to me over a secure remote-desktop connection.

Here’s what the engagement looks like:

• Install and test a remote-access tool of our mutual choice—Windows RDP, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer—so I can log in smoothly from my location.

• Remain available for occasional part-time support if updates or tweaks are required down the road.

You should already be comfortable with Windows administration, basic networking, router configuration, and common remote-access utilities. Strong communication is essential because we’ll coordinate each step in real time, and I’ll rely on you to flag issues proactively.
