Host & Maintain Remote Windows Workstation

I will ship a fully licensed Windows desktop to your secure location. Once it arrives, your first task is to power it up, connect it to reliable broadband, and install AnyDesk as our sole remote-access tool. When you confirm that I can sign in seamlessly and latency-free for everyday office work and web tools, the initial milestone is complete.

After that, I’ll rely on you for light, part-time maintenance: applying Windows updates, checking antivirus status, adjusting router or firewall rules when needed, and letting me know immediately if uptime or performance drops. Clear, prompt communication is critical because we will coordinate each change in real time.

You should already be comfortable with Windows administration, basic networking, and router configuration. A stable power source, steady internet, and a physically secure spot for the hardware are mandatory.

Deliverables
• AnyDesk installed, configured, and tested with my successful remote login
• Written hand-off of connection credentials and network settings
• Ongoing availability (by prior arrangement) for periodic tune-ups and troubleshooting
