I produce a steady flow of short-form reels alongside a regular podcast and I am looking for ongoing help polishing both formats.
For the reels I like a smooth and professional finish rather than the ultra-fast, jump-cut style. Expect colour balance, tasteful motion graphics where they genuinely add value, and clean captions that match brand colours. I shoot in vertical 1080×1920 and usually deliver rough cuts; you will shape them into ready-to-publish clips using Premiere Pro, Final Cut or a comparable NLE.
Podcast episodes arrive as multitrack WAV files. Your main responsibility is content trimming and structuring: tightening long pauses, removing stumbles, shifting segments when the conversation drifts so the final flow feels intentional. I handle the intro, outro and mastering elsewhere, so your focus stays on narrative clarity inside the body of the show.
Deliverables each week:
• 2–4 finished reels in MP4, optimised for Instagram
• 1 podcast episode in mixed WAV and high-quality MP3, with chapter markers noted in a simple time-stamped text file
Turnaround: 48-72 hours per batch is ideal. All files move through a shared Google Drive folder and I add feedback directly in Frame.io when tweaks are needed.
