Scandi Minimalist Towel Design

I’m commissioning a kitchen-towel print that captures a clean Scandinavian mood while weaving in a light botanical touch. The look should feel airy and uncluttered, with negative space doing most of the talking. Cool tones—think soft sage, muted teal, or powdery blue—may appear as the occasional accent, but they must stay restrained; the overall palette should sit firmly in the “less is more” camp.

The artwork will be sold in both the UK and US markets, so the motif needs broad, timeless appeal rather than region-specific references. A single hero pattern or placement graphic is fine as long as it works on a standard tea-towel size (roughly 18" × 28") without losing detail. Please avoid heavy outlines, complex shading, or gradients that fight the minimalist intent.

Deliverables (print-ready):
