Part-Time Phone Support Specialist

I run a fast-growing Ed Tech platform and need someone who can step in several hours a day to handle our phone line. When parents or students call, you’ll be the first voice they hear—answering questions about course access, troubleshooting basic login or payment issues, and routing more complex matters to me through our CRM.

You should already feel comfortable:
• Picking up inbound calls quickly and speaking clear, friendly English
• Using a cloud-based phone/VoIP system alongside a help-desk tool such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot
• Logging concise notes after each conversation so we have a searchable record

Deliverables I expect:
1. Reliable phone coverage during the agreed shift
2. A same-day summary of call reasons, resolutions, and any escalations
3. Timely follow-up calls when a callback is required

Familiarity with the education sector—or at least a genuine interest in learning our products—will help you succeed, but a solid customer-first mindset is even more important.
