I’m looking for local reliable help in Adelaide, South Australia to keep industrial construction contracts tight, compliant, and moving on schedule—without the commitment of a full-time hire. The role is strictly part-time and centres on two core areas:

• Contract review – Review of construction contracts from clients and management of updates to clauses and schedules.
• Compliance monitoring – Once a contract is live, keep an eye on insurance certificates, safety submittals, statutory filings, and any owner-specified provisions, flagging gaps for our project managers before they become problems.

You’ll collaborate directly with our project management team, interpreting what they need in plain English, then translating it back into solid contractual language and concise compliance reports. Because everything we build is industrial—think plant upgrades and process-driven facilities—familiarity with ASTM, AIA or similar construction contract formats, lien waivers, and schedule-driven penalty clauses will help you hit the ground running.

Deliverables for each assignment typically include:
• A clean, tracked-changes version of the contract or amendment ready for signature.
• A brief compliance checklist showing status of insurance, bonds, licences and critical dates.

Accuracy, quick turnaround (24-48 h on short forms), and a practical, no-nonsense writing style are what matter most. If that fits your wheelhouse, let’s talk about our first package of documents.

The ability to attend the office from time to time is required for meetings
