Project Description

We are a growing garment manufacturing company based in Kolkata, looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to collaborate with us on recruitment and team development.

We are not looking for someone just for a one-time project. Our goal is to build a long-term professional relationship with someone who understands our business, grows with us, and contributes to our expansion.

What We're Looking For:

Someone with an interest or background in HR, recruitment, commerce, or business operations.

Ability to understand our hiring requirements and source suitable candidates through various channels and networks.

Access to recruitment platforms, candidate databases, professional networks, or other sourcing channels.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

A responsible, proactive, and dedicated approach to work.

Kolkata-based candidates preferred for easier collaboration, but applicants from anywhere in India are welcome.

This can be an additional professional opportunity for someone who is already working, studying, or freelancing and wants to develop a long-term association with a growing business.
