Part-time HR Generalist for Client Support

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist/Specialist to join our team part-time, providing fractional HR support directly to our clients nationwide. You'll work closely with our HR Operations lead on employee relations matters, compliance documentation, and day-to-day HR guidance across multiple client accounts in different states. There's room to grow within the role as our client base and service offerings expand.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a client-facing HR resource for employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective action documentation
• Draft and review HR policies grounded in applicable state and federal employment law
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and compliance documentation
• Apply structured, fact-based documentation standards (no opinion-based or absolute language)
• Flag and correct biased language in job descriptions and recruiting materials
• Support leadership development and coaching engagements under our Empathy Bridge Framework
• Collaborate with our internal team on client deliverables and communications
• Support our business development team with discovery calls and client onboarding as needed
