I run a home-health agency that relies on a custom-built platform, and I need an expert who has real, hands-on experience with Alora, WellSky, HHAExchange, Sandata, or similar systems to tighten up three areas:
• Overall operations management so day-to-day workflows stay compliant and efficient
• End-to-end EVV rollout, from system configuration through live testing and go-live support
• Precise, timely billing—clearinghouse files, remits, and reconciliation included
Because the platform is custom, you will help map our data structure to the state-approved EVV vendor, set up integrations or manual syncs where APIs fall short, and create a clean billing pipeline that pushes claims, tracks denials, and posts payments automatically. If you can tweak basic front-end screens or dashboards while you’re in the codebase, great—but deep web development skills are not mandatory.
Acceptance criteria
1. EVV system passes state test claims and produces accurate visit records.
2. Billing workflow auto-generates 835/837 files with zero validation errors.
3. Revised SOPs and quick-start guides leave my internal staff able to run everything without you standing by.
I’m ready to move quickly and will provide sandbox credentials, existing documentation, and sample data the moment we agree on milestones.
