What We're Looking For:

TSTC is CMMI Services Level 3 appraised, and we are working towards our 3-year renewal. We are looking for a part time support person to help get us over the finish line – someone who has successfully implemented CMMI Level 3 Services before and is aware of the process and who can review our materials, help us fill in the gaps, and see us through to success. We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and review our materials, provide suggestions, and help implement those suggestions.
Basic Qualifications

Must have 3-4 years’ experience with CMMI Level 3 Services implementation and understand the assessment requirements

Must be self-motivated and able to work well alone and on teams

Be able to read and write English fluently

Must understand the changes between CMMI Model V2.0 and 3.0

You will be working directly with corporate leadership and must have the ability to articulate issues and provide solutions

Skilled in MS office suite

Works independently, proactively identifies, and completes task.

Excellent verbal and written skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs

Security Clearance and Where You'll Work

Applicants selected must be a U.S. Citizen.

No security clearance required

This position is open to 100% teleworking, but the employee must reside in a HUBZone.

W2 only, no 1099/contractor agreements
