Part-time Accountant for Vietnam Company - Tax Filing & Compliance

We are a registered company in Vietnam looking for a reliable part-time accountant to handle our ongoing tax filing and bookkeeping.

Scope of work:
- Monthly and quarterly tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT) filed on time
- Annual tax finalization (quyet toan thue) at year end
- Bookkeeping: maintain clean, organized accounts and invoices
- Advise us on compliance so we avoid penalties

Requirements (must-have):
- Based in Vietnam, with hands-on experience filing taxes for Vietnamese companies
- Working knowledge of Vietnam's eTax / HTKK electronic filing systems
- Solid understanding of VAT, Corporate Income Tax and Personal Income Tax rules
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese (our working language)

Nice to have:
- CPA Vietnam or tax advisor certification
- Experience with foreign-owned companies in Vietnam

This is an ongoing part-time engagement (a few hours per month, more at quarter/year end).
