I need an accountant who can keep my QuickBooks file immaculate throughout the year and then turn that data into a complete, accurate tax return when deadlines roll around. Day to day you’ll be recording every transaction, reconciling each account, and generating up-to-date financial statements. Once those numbers are locked, you’ll handle the full tax preparation process so I can file on time without surprises.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• A continuously updated QuickBooks ledger with all transactions properly categorized
• Monthly bank and credit-card reconciliations showing zero unreconciled items
• Timely profit-and-loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements that tie back to the ledger
• Year-end tax package (workpapers, schedules, and the completed return ready for filing)
