Fashion Designer Needed for Premium Parisian-Indian Women's Clothing Brand: I am building a premium women's fashion brand with a distinctive Parisian aesthetic blended with subtle Indian influences. I am looking for a talented fashion designer who can help develop original women's tops and Indo-Western designs.

What I need:

Design original women's tops suitable for a premium fashion brand
Develop elegant Parisian-inspired silhouettes
Create Indo-Western designs combining European minimalism with Indian details
Experiment with sleeves, necklines, fabrics, prints, lace, embroidery and detailing
Provide front and back technical fashion sketches
Provide clear construction/details that can eventually be shared with a manufacturer
Suggest suitable fabrics, colours, trims and finishing details
Create commercially wearable designs rather than purely artistic concepts

Brand aesthetic:
Elegant, feminine, minimalist, sophisticated, Parisian, romantic and contemporary. The designs should feel premium and timeless rather than heavily embellished.Please include in your proposal:
