Brand Identity Designer Needed | Rebranding Lush Banners to Lush Displays

Project Description
We are preparing for an important brand evolution: Lush Banners is becoming Lush Displays.
We are looking for an experienced brand identity designer to help us level up and modernize our existing brand while creating a stronger identity for Lush Displays.

This is not simply a company-name change. We want to refine the overall identity so it better represents who we are today: a modern B2B display company offering traditional, trade show, LED, digital, and innovative display solutions.

This is NOT a brand starting from zero. We already have established brand guidelines, colors, messaging, and visual elements. We want the right designer to review what we have, retain what still works, and build a stronger, more modern identity for Lush Displays.

Main Scope
We need help with:
- Redesigning/refining the logo for the new Lush Displays name
- Developing a new one-liner / tagline / slogan
- Replacing our current Radwave logo font with a more versatile typeface that supports both uppercase and lowercase and gives us more flexibility
- Refining the typography system and font pairings
- Reviewing and improving the current color/visual identity where needed
- Updating and leveling up the overall brand guidelines
- Creating clear logo variations and usage rules
- Making the identity feel more premium, modern, professional, memorable, and scalable
We already have an established brand identity and guidelines, which will be provided as the starting point.
We are looking for someone who can evolve what works while bringing fresh strategic and creative thinking, rather than simply changing the name in the existing logo.

Final Deliverables
Final deliverables should include:
- New Lush Displays logo system
- Primary + secondary/stacked logo variations
- New typography system
- New tagline / one-liner direction
- Updated brand color guidance, if recommended
- Updated brand identity guidelines
- Editable vector/source files
- Web and print-ready logo files
A more detailed project brief with our current brand, requirements, references, and feedback will be shared with selected designers.

Ideal Designer
We are looking for someone with strong experience in:
Brand Identity · Logo Design · Typography · Brand Guidelines · Corporate Branding
Experience working with B2B, eCommerce, technology, manufacturing, signage, or professional service brands is a plus.
Strong communication and the ability to explain the thinking behind design decisions are very important.
